The Family History Ambassador Certification Program transforms young people into skilled genealogy detectives, equipped with cutting-edge tools and techniques to uncover their ancestral mysteries.

Program Overview

This FREE, dynamic certification program is designed specifically for youth ages 11-18 and is open to all members of the public. Over the course of four engaging sessions, participants will master the art of family history research through hands-on activities, modern technology, and interactive challenges that make genealogy anything but boring!

Upon completion of all four required classes, participants will receive an official Family History Ambassador Certificate, recognizing them as certified young genealogists ready to help others explore their heritage.
